I was on Cybill's Facebook page and noticed a link to a preview for "Another Harvest Moon" about a man in a nursing home. Apparently it premiered at the RI International Film Festival last year and stars Cybill, Ernest Borgnine, Anne Meara, Piper Laurie, and Doris Roberts. Has anyone seen it or heard anything about it?

Hi, witness! I've seen the link too, but unfortunately I don't know a lot about the film. Only know it was directed by Greg Swartz and was released on the 17th of October, 2009. Cybill character's name is Vickie. The film describes 4 elderly people and their life in the nursing home. I've found only one photo of Cybill on the set of the film, here it is: www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=2094195&id=102160317158

Google is my friend! I found a few things. IMDB: www.imdb.com/title/tt1129404/Official website: anotherharvestmoon.com/It appears it had a Hollywood premiere as well in October 2009, and was shown at various film festivals. I will see what else I can come up with. PS......The synopsis almost gave me a heart attack. Not sure I can EVER consider Cybill as a nursing home patient........luckily, not the case when I calmed down and read!!! Extra PS: Gray, is this the movie you talked about being filmed in your neck of the woods??

Netflix offers a synopsis, but says availability is "UNKNOWN". I added it to my queue, and will let you know if I see any updates.
There is someone who appears to be the casting director, who has made numerous comments on the IMDB message board. They are not very current, but you might be able to get in touch with her for more info if you want to take the time.

Yeppers gang, that is the film that was made in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania directly across the street from where I work every day. (Well every day that I'm local.)
Try as I might, even attempting to lure her out into the open by driving my 66 Corvette convertible on a few nice days....I was unable to see our gal.
They used a former state hospital as the setting, the same place they filmed "Girl, Interrupted".
It used to be called the State Lunatic Asylum in a less PC world.
