Maybe because in Money Talks she was out having fun and felt the need to command the room - given the circumstances of the episode I'm sure she felt she had to be as poised and confident as possible so what's-his-face wouldn't back down from giving her the agency back. When she had to wear the waitress uniform, it was probably quite embarrassing the thought of serving people in such a low cut outfit. I believe she even places her hand over her chest when she bends down to give someone water or something like that.

Yeah, sure, I suppose. That´s what I try to tell myself when it gets to me. In my opinion, there´s a little to much focus on the dress. To me it makes it unbelievable for her to wear other low-cuts without even mentioning any uncomfortable-ness (not a word, right?) later. Well, it´s worth it.. after all, it leads up to:"Salute you, Addison!" . Just felt a need to share my thoughts.
