Well, the Giants and the Phillies are making it interesting. I think both teams are just as scary as the Yankees, so....if the Rangers make it...knockknockknocknojinx ......I'm not sure which team I would prefer!
Very sorry to see Tex get hurt last night. He was a big favorite when he was a Ranger and I sure hate to see that he is finished.
I have no words.......well, actually, I do, but they are not repeatable.
Phils had too many lost opportunities today......and the Giants had a great day, especially Buster -- that little cutie!
My 80 year old Mom has her own baseball team in her head...which she has assembled by choosing all the good looking baseball players she has seen. She added Buster to her team back in May or June. Kinda think he might get "traded" now!!!

That was a tough, tough game...IMO, we were lucky to get out of it when we did. I'm happy for Sandoval, who has really been in a slump...but we sure can't rest on our laurels, 'cause the Fightins' will be back at it full-force tomorrow behind Doc!
And sorry, bees, for your loss...but at least you're headed home!
PS. Mr. Posey is a favorite in our house too...the kids were all marching around, singing, "Who ya gonna call? Go Buster!" Pretty hilarious, especially from a jammie-clad 3-year-old. ;D
"I don't want you losing any more sleep over me." "Believe me, if and when I ever find myself 'over' you, the last thing I'll be thinking about is sleeping."
Well, you can't keep good men down...we knew the Phils were not gonna go gently into that rainy night, and boy, they did not! Just wish our defense hadn't helped out with several errors and missed plays...
But congrats, diane--they're comin' home, and I know Philadelphia will go nuts with Phillie Phever!! Have fun, and see you Saturday!
