One of my favorite memories was watching David and Maddie leaning against the desk and talking to audience. My all time favorite is when David had a headband with the name McMahon on it in reference to the the Chicago Bears QB that was fined for doing the same thing with The name Rozelle on it.
That will live on in my memory and I hope to see that and others on the DVD's

I love the Moonlighting theme song and hope that there is the full version at the end of each DVD. I miss the days where I could at least watch episodes on Bravo. All I want for Christmas (even I have to wait until 2005) is my Moonlighting DVDs!!!

Of course, I would like to see every episode uncut. My wish list also includes previews, teasers, out-takes or alternate scenes not used. It would be fascinating to have commentary not only from the actors, but from the techincal people as well.
I hope that everyone connected with the show will be asked to comment. I would like to hear what they were trying to achieve using lighting, music, set design, props or camera angles. What aspects came together to achieve a mood? What worked well or not? I'm amazed at the care that was taken to make just right all these things that are so important to the whole, but are often so subtle that we don't really notice how it creates the intended mood.
Lots of wonderful, creative people worked so hard at the crafts they love-just for us! And this was certainly borne out in the awards they were nominated for or received.

Boy Cece guess you said it all!! ;D I would really like BRUCE AND CYBILL to comment, see a lot of bloopers and outtakes and also the why's and how's of lighting and camera-angles. How they picked the music for each episode and why Cybill had to wear the clothes she wore in each scene....

I would more than happily purchase the entire run of Moonlighting, on DVD. I would especially love it if some commentary, deleted scenes, interviews with the cast and writers and/or behind the scenes footage were included. To me, getting the chance to own the English versions of all episodes would be a treat! ;D Karin from Germany

I absolutely want every episode to be on DVD, with commentary and special features. Some must have's are the Taming of the Shrew episode, the Film Noir episode and pretty much every episode that furthers the relationship between dave and maddie.

1. COMPLETE and UNEDITED. 2. in chronological order of air dates 3. chapter divisions in each episode
4. behind the scenes would be nice, but not needed. 5. bloopers are ok, but after so many, it gets old real quick. i wouldn't go overboard. 6. promos and interviews would be nice. 7. commentary is so very unecessary. they do nothing for me at all.
------------------------------------------ extras are ok, but i don't really need them. M*A*S*H and Sanford and Son, neither one, has no extras on their DVD releases.

I want to encourage Lions Gate to include the songs/music that are used in the episodes as is.... not to replace or remove the musical selections that are in the episodes. Those songs add so much to the scenes and characters that to change them would take away so much.
I hear this from many of the fans at my fansite....so I want to make sure that the music is one of the must haves included on the DVD's released.

amen to that!!!! i have found recently that some of the new WWE dvd releases are editing the wrestling matches for sound. i have heard that they are completely editing out jesse ventura's commentary during matches and doing voice overs in his place. this is because he still has a lawsuit against them. he is still wanting royalties for his work. and they are editing out music that is copyrighted and dubbing their own music in it's place. until i know that these dvd's are complete and unedited, I WILL NOT buy any of them. that said, i feel the same about MOONLIGHTING or anything else. believe me, if i won't buy old wrestling shows, i won't buy nothing else that way.

It has to be the original. Same music, unedited EVERYTHING has to be the same. I will notice it right away if something has changed so DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING!
