Oh! I found this one at "Take My Wife,For Example"(I am reviewing all my Season 5 Episodes, since this one is good to watch).
"David,if we can close this deal,it will get something extra for BOTH OF US! Please, take your share and invested."
Both Of Us? ..... I think Maddie starts to understand David and his Love for her, don't you think?

I think she already knew that in season 3 Yes,that is correct too,Steph! But I mean on Season 5 that she understand better then the Season 3 and 4. Try watch the episode:"A Trip To The Moon",when Maddie dances with David and she says that also loves David, but she is not agreeding with their relationship

This might be slightly paraphrased but in It's a Wonderful Job regarding the tree trimming party, Maddie says something like: "Take that tree and stuff down your sack Mack"

From Gunfight:
David: This bar is filled with punks and killers Maddie: Don't you want me to meet your friends?
Read the Mind See The Murder:
David: Preston Holt is a barracuda Maddie: Good, I feel like a little seafood!

From the car scene in the Pilot when David sees the dead body in the back seat:
David: Maddie if I asked you to do something for me, would you do it without asking why?" Maddie: "Why?"
I always laugh at the way she says this.

From the pilot. The criminals have left, and Maddie has just helped David out of the chair, but in light of some bad news, he can't return the favor just yet. D: "You're not going anywhere, period, until I untie you, and I am not going to do that until I am sure you are calm and that you understand the situation. Now. Are you calm?" M: "I'm calm." D: "You don't look very calm." M: "I'm calm and I understand." D: "The muscles in your face look tight." M: "I'm calm." D: "You look like you have a charley-horse in your cheek." M: "I'm caallllllmmm!"(He finally does untie her. Though she wasn't quite telling the truth about her state of mind... )

Okay I'm not sure about this one, but I'm thinking it is from Twas the Ep. Before Christmas. I think David is explaining his brainstorm for coming up with santa's hotline and says something like "...and it hit me, bam"
Maddie: "Left a bruise I hope."

From the pilot:
"Mr. Addison, don't think me rude, but I've had a hard day. I woke up this morning to find that all of my money had been stolen from me. I went to visit a business I own, and was called a @%#?! by someone I've never met before. I went out to dinner and got to watch a man die at my feet. Then I was driven downtown to be questioned by the police. I've had television cameras, microphones, not to mention the likes of you poked in my face. So please forgive me, but I'd like to go into my own house, alone, and take about forty-five sleeping pills. I hope you understand. It's nothing personal. I just hate you."

From " It's a Wonderful Job": M: " Is this friendly bartender chat?" Bartender: " Yeah." M: " Well, I don't want friendly, and I don't want chat. I didn't come here to feel better. I came here to feel miserable. So give me another drink, please, and hold the pep talk?" --One of the few times we ever see Maddie deliberately getting very drunk (knocking back doubles). A sure sign there must be rough waters ahead. Which there are. Later, same episode, as Maddie watches dream-Agnes berate Herbert: M: " No! You can't treat him like that! You two love each other, you just don't know it yet! Come on, Agnes, tell him you love him!" --That little scene features Dipesto patterning herself after Hayes' business vibe--abject tyranny--and denying the healthier emotion that beat under the surface of her attitude toward Viola. It is a mirror for Maddie's repression and fear of admitting her feelings for the man at the fringe of her own life...
