Has anyone else seen the film Ray, about Ray Charles? I'm watching it at the moment and Curtis plays his manager. I wouldn't have recognised him at all by looking at him, but I recognised his voice. He looks completely different!

Did anyone see him on Greys Anatomy. It aired last week in Australia but it would have aired a while ago in the States. The episode was called Much To Much. He was so funny. He plays this guy who has a brain tumor and he wants to drink water really bad but they wont let him so he locks himself in the bathroom and drinks the toilet water. Its hilarious.

I saw it! He was really funny! Felt sorry for him though, especially when he got caught drinking from the toilet... ;D I could definitely see a little Bert in him.

Hey everyone! I have just gone out to buy Curtis's new book 'Revenge of the Nerd' and it's got a 30 page chapter on Moonlighting. All I can say is WOW. I'm not going to spoil it, but you must read, it is BONKERS what he has to say about his time there. Attachments:

Thanks for the heads-up about Curtis A.'s book. I loved his humorous characterization of the great Bert Viola. And any insider commentary about Moonlighting is a treat!

Thanks for the heads-up about Curtis A.'s book. I loved his humorous characterization of the great Bert Viola. And any insider commentary about Moonlighting is a treat! You will literally keel over reading it, I didn't think Curtis would dish this much. He went and interviewed Allyce for the book, and she had some amazing things to add. I read it like I was wolfing down a loaded sub sandwich at 2am. Then I read it again. It also finally clears up the rumour mill that's been swirling for decades. !!

By the way, Curtis is on Twitter and he does respond to his fans, he has replied a few times to my tweets - he's so generous and nice. So if you want to comment on the book, you can find him at @curtisbooger

Hi everyone,
I have been been enjoying this site for a while but have never posted on it before! I originally watched the series in the late 80s while I was living in Germany, and even though it was not the phenomenon there that it was here (in the United States), it made an unforgettable impression on me. When I rewatched it two years ago, I was instantly hooked again, and subsequently found this amazing site!
Anyway, more on topic, I also read Curtis' account of Moonlighting and thought it would be great if we could get a discussion going. Any takers?

Hi kismet. Welcome to the site! I haven't read the book yet, but whenever I do I'll come see who's lurking around to chat about it.

With the, ahem, personality conflicts?

I finished the part of Curtis' book about Moonlighting and I am feeling quite sad. Of course, it's very well written, obviously everything that he says is true but I have one question : was it really impossible at all to find at least one kind thing to say about Cybill Shepherd and Bruce Willis? Was there really nothing else to tell other than conflictual relationships, bad tempers, egos, etc. Or maybe those kind of stories were not going to sell? I know, I am a girl, I like sweet stories, and above all things I would have really liked a story about a FUN moment in Moonlighting I am sure there must have been some, as we can see from the Bloopers scenes. What do you think?
