I watched this one today and am still trying to figure out. Was the young Irish man chasing the client also one of the robbers? How did he know about the gold? The client, Kathleen, didn't know about the gold being stolen did she? How did it get in that black pot?

The man chasing Kathleen wasn't one of the robbers, he was the son of one of the robbers. I don't know how he found out, but I assume his father told him. Kathleen didn't know that the gold was stolen until the end. I don't know how it got in the black pot, I suppose Kathleen's father burried it like that to correspond with the story that he had made up for Kathleen to make her think she was a leprachaun.
Talk about far fetched!!

It was far-fetched, but funny.
I'm thinking that the gold was never in the suitcases, but was always in the locker. (It would have to be that way, unless we are to believe that the girl was really a leprechaun!)
Silly episode, perhaps not one of my favorites, but fun, fun, fun!
(As a completely trivial aside, I must add here that I saw the actress who played the leprechaun shopping in a fabric store once. I didn't say anything to her.)

No way! You should have said something to her. Like 'do you want to see my pot of gold?' You could ask her if she's really Irish?! Love Gem

Yeah Elvira, you should have asked her "what the hell was that accent supposed to be?!" Sorry, it just really gets to me, but at the same time is hilarious!

I agree, it's easily the worst attempt at and Irish accent I've evere heard.

Yeah, it was a dreadful accent. But hey—she looked the part, what with her red hair and all!

Yup, she looked the part (possible Irish or Scotish ancestry), she acted the part 'great great'. Just couldn't speak the part in an Irish accent!!! Mul

That was my first thought, gee, what a bad accent...I'm not Irish but I used to live in Ireland (Dublin) for almost a year and trust me, they don't talk like that... ;D
