I would have thought all of the Moonlighting fans would be going crazy about this. One of the best parts of the show was the segments they used to do at the beginnings and ends of episodes, to fill time, to make fun of the production delays and the repeats, etc. Why aren't these included and an even bigger question is why aren't the fans screaming bloody murder about them not being included?

I didn't realise they had missed any out. They still have the ones at the beginning of Brother Can You Spare a Blonde and Orson Welles at the start of Dream Sequence. I'm sure there were a couple more, but they are included in my copy. Do you mean that they should have been included as a separate feature?

I will double check my ABC off-airs on all of the episodes but aren't they missing all of the filler on the Christmas episode?

They didn't have those problems until the after season 2. I remember one that had Bert dancing in it at the end of one episode. Don't panic, yet.

Yes, they all danced to "Wooly Bully", and the "writers" held up strike signs from their desks. This of course, was during the writers strike-so being ML they had to complete the episode by spoofing the real strike. Quite a funny bit, even though the show took a terrible beating because of the strike at the time.
