I always loved their car. I wanted one of those so bad. What color would you say it was? What model was it?

Me too and still do. They drove a BMW 635 csi...I was never sure of the color either. I think it changes from season to season. Sometimes it looked silver and other times it seemed more copperish.

yeah, I just passed for my driverstest, so I can drive now. If I can choose a car this would be my choice (it's pretty old, and I don't have a lot of money) or something like this(we're probably gonna take a look at one next week): It's called "eend" which means duck, so I have no idea what it's really called in English

Wow,Steph, you are lucky to pass your driverstest. That car reminds me an old movie I saw last month on a movie channel,it was:"Herbie Rides Again". Now there is another movie on theaters.("Herbie,Fully Loaded)I am going to see it here on my country. Also, here on my country there are lots of those cars, but the most model it's Renault. How about you? Sakura_Star1

The car was a 635CSi and the color was in BMW-Speak Bronzit Beige Metallic. There were actually two versions used in the series (at least). The earlier car was an 85 and had a tad larger bumpers. The later car was used after good old Dave destroyed it in Come Back Little Shiksa and had the 88 and newer "world" bumpers. The easy way to tell is to look at the side of the bumper ahead of the front wheels. If it had a wide black rub strip, it was the earlier version.
Most television series used several cars. Some for driving and stunt scenes and others for camera shots. I would assume this was the same for Moonlighting as I have noticed several versions of front spoilers, even in the same episode.

My brother has a BMW he bought used. He loved it so much for quite awhile. He sold it and then later bought it back. Now it's parked in the yard and doesn't work anymore. I've often looked at that car and thought what if Bruce and Cybill drove it during the 80s? lol! It's a late 80s model but I don't know the number. Also read somewhere that it's unknown where two of the cars shown in the series went. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I love their BMW! They made it a part of the show. I imagine if the show was on on this decade, this would be their car. It's a 6 series with Moonstone Metallic paint. It looks worthy for their car chases and make-out sessions. hee ;D
