Does this make any sense at all?

I just watched the episode in season 4 titled, "los dos depestos" and what did I hear, but the William Tell overture, the same musical piece that was edited out of "the lady in the iron mask".
Why would cut it out of one episode and not the other?

And there are other ep which have that, not only Los Dos Depestos
