Has anyone else noticed David wearing his white high top sneakers when he runs to block the door so that Maddie will not leave the office? When he goes into the outer office, he is wearing black shoes, but the sneakers are clearly visible as he runs to the door.
It seems that there are much fewer bloopers or "continuity errors" in Season 4 than in previous seasons. The only other one I have noticed is in "Father Knows Last". In the restaurant, the bloody mary appears, then disappears, then appears with the celery stalk, and then reappears without the celery. Too funny!
One other thing - has anyone else wondered about the prominence of the "artwork" on David's desk during the episodes when Maddie is in Chicago? It is the sketch of a clenched hand that emulates a pose that David frequently strikes. As a matter of fact, there are times when his hand is on the desk exactly mirroring the sketch. I wonder what it means...

Ooooh now that's very observant! I'm going to have to look out for that clenched hand thing. Oh, so much to watch and so little time to do it in!!

Over the years, I have heard that shows have placed items from fans into shots as a personal nod and even their own personal items for whatever reason. My thought is that it came from a fan, and if the people involved with the show liked it enough, they placed it there so the person would see it. In Every Father Knows Last, there is a scene at Agnes' desk...I have to go back to find which one exactly, but there are two photo frames on top of the desk turned directly towards the camera angle. I zoomed the screen to see who they were because I knew they were placed there for a reason. You can't zoom all the way, but I believe one of the pictures to be Cybill's parents.

I noticed on this episode that when David and Maddie are at the Laundromat, David turns off the lights to set the mood. But, as far as I can tell, he isn't standing next to the wall to turn the light off.
He may be, but I don't remember seeing a light switch where they were at

He may be, but I don't remember seeing a light switch where they were at He moves over to the post above the washing machines and flips the switch. Laundromats don't usually have their switches in the 'normal' places.
