I commented on liking the late night call-in stuff sometimes if it's "personal" not political blah blah... There's an Eighties film by Alan Rudolph, CHOOSE ME, that has Genevieve Bujold as commenter on an afternoon radio show, "Doctor Love" who can't get *her* life together. Matter of fact, hardly anyone in the movie has their act together. # At one point she answers a caller with a passionate, rather riveting performance, that has all the blase` workers at the station completely enchanted. It's actually a bolt of magic in a twilight existance. # The whole film has a midnight to dawn feel.
