"Mr. Hayes became sympathetic and fair. He also used his honesty and intelligence to bring David around to seeing his point of view.
Sounds very Maddie like to me" diane
Ahhh, yes!! Much like in TSAR. Sympathy, fairness, honesty, and intelligence. Maddie has shown these qualites many times. That is why it is sad to watch "Tracks..." "Eek..." and "Maddie Hayes...". Where did she go?

Also--anybody got an explanation for the "I asked her--she said no" nugget? Or is that spoiling the surprise? Nope, that will definitely not be revealed. I think that is the first question I am going to ask St. Peter when I get to the pearly gates......when the hell did David ask her? ? Ok Diane you got me ROFLMAO! it's the question of the century i tell ya!

6. Does David's commitment change or grow throughout the episode after his encounter with Mr. Hayes?
Holy crud...there are way too many questions to answer!
David's commitment never falters......I think he has pretty much pledged himself to the woman in "The Next Murder You Hear" and never looked back....in spite of a few flings to the contrary.
But I think he now realizes there is more on the line...that his commitment is to Maddie, who he believes is the mother of his child. I think David Addison grows up a little during this plane ride.

2. I just love the popcorn image...the comparison to the popcorn and her belly are actually in the stage directions. Awww Diane, you're haunting me with the script teasers. I'm a nervous wreck over here...

I don't think anyone's mentioned this yet – did any of you wonder why David never told Mr. Hayes about being dragged off to prison? I realize it was a ridiculous plot, and David probably would have figured that he was just making it up... Every time I hear Mr. Hayes say "You're running my daughter's business into the ground", I always wonder why he doesn't mention it. i]"Um, I was mistaken for this serial killer, and then I was almost killed, and then we had some ice cream..." [/i][/quote LOL But so true, but like you said i dont think Mr hayes or anyone really would have believed him,the auditor guy(or whatever he was) sure didnt believe him LOL

Hey, how about this? Whoever gets to the pearly gates first has to transmit the answer to all. It could be in a dream, maybe some mysterious sky-writing message. Whatever. It's the least we can do for our ML family!

He was committed to Maddie, I think, since IAC.....M. He was happier than he had ever been when he was with her. Yes Bees, that's why he is bustin' his a** to get to her...he can't stand to be apart from her, not to sleep next to her...not to be able to touch her and smell her hair. Oh SINCEifell4u WOW! This line here just got me all mushy and warm and fuzzy inside LOL It's so true! I've got goosebumps! Love it!

Talking about dreams, it's time to head off to dream land even though I am not sure I will be able to sleep anticipating the script portion of this episode. It's been fun tonight. Tune in tomorrow!

4. Bert and Agnes play small but pivotal roles in this episode. How would you describe their roles in the Blue Moon family? Agnes......our girl...the perfect combination of Jiminy Cricket and Pollyanna rolled into one. Has Agnes ever been wrong? She is quirky and wonderful, and cuts to the heart of any issue. She is loyal and loving...she is one of my most memorable characters ever! Bert is a joy...and what a perfect foil for Agnes. I adore his hero worship for david.....yet he can also see when David is wrong, and can call him on it. And his smile can light up a room.....(it doesn't hurt that Curtis Armstrong is one of the nicest people I have ever met, either!) I would be happy to add Bert to my flock of pesky little brothers. Great descriptions Diane! And oh some more you lucky girl you on meeting Curtis! Too me he seems like a teddy bear type that you just want to hug him! LOL *******Off topic,Curtis was in an episode of ICARLY last year, anyone see it? OH he is so funny in it!
