I wanted to see someone who was always capable of making me laugh last night and picked up some of my favorite lines from David's in the VM Season 10 Ep 14 "Time Flies". D: "Your daughter can't keep her hands off of me; I wonder who she gets that from." M: "When was the last time you looked farther into the future than your next bowling night?" D: "Since I met you." M: "I think we know how to communicate, non-verbally." D: "Oh, I have strong faith in that." D: "Wow ... she is something else." He looks back at Maddie. "We made that?" D: "You took my name? We're married and you took my name?" D: "Not sure I like the idea of you drugging me so you can have your way with me ... I feel so used." S: "Facebook." D: "Face who?" S: "Yes, sir. Online." D: "On what line?" S: "The internet, sir?" D: "The inter-what?" M: "Ellie has made a decision," Maddie says with great annoyance. D: "Has she?" David slumps down into the chair. "I like my women decisive." And I've got to say that the whole dialogue between David, Maddie and Ellie in Act 5, Scene2 is not only funny but incredibly lively and powerful! David is super cute, isn't he?

My faverite lines from VM Season 10 Ep 13 "Whatever happened to... Part 2" David and Maddie are such experts in bantering! ;D ;D ;D
D: The dog gets your first laugh?
M: David, what is that in your pants? D: You new here? Pretty sure you know the answer to that question.
D: Would you like to go back and count how many times you’ve called me stupid today? M: I’m not saying you’re stupid, I’m saying it’s a stupid idea.
M: And you do? Who do you think you are, John McClane?
M: I really don’t. I just need you to understand that this is an argument for which I’ve got no compromises. D: One out of an infinite number?
M: Yours is in the oven. I’m sure it’s the consistency of shoe leather by now. D: I’m guessing you think I deserve that. M: You’re guessing right.
D: No overlapping dialogue. I got to really hear what you were shouting.
D: Don’t think you people are going to watch TV all day. Whether or not Ms. Hayes is the best thing to happen to daytime TV since The Price is Right, she will skin me alive if she finds out.
D: So, big hair is back, huh?
D: Too bad, George, she’s coming home to me.
D: Make sure they’re getting my good side. M: You’ve got a good side? D: Well, I know you’re kind of fond of my bad side.
D: After you, my love. M: Nope…right by my side. We not I, remember?

A couple of months ago I discovered Virtual Moonlighting, and I just tonight finished reading the last episode of Season 10. I am so grateful to the talented writers who decided to pick up where the television show ended, and give Maddie and David the second chance they needed to get their relationship right. I'm fairly new to this site, so I don't know if any of the writers still visit here, but if you do, I just want to say THANK YOU! With so much stress and craziness going on in the world right now, knowing that I could enjoy reading an episode of Virtual Moonlighting every evening was a great comfort and distraction. So glad to see that Maddie and David could actually make their relationship work and be HAPPY TOGETHER, something we really never got to see on the show.

I just found this site too and its great! I'm a little disappointed that some of the episodes are missing, but the ones I've read so far are great! It is just like I think Moonlighting could have been after Season 3, 4 or 5. They could have continued to work on cases and their relationship. It would have still been interesting to the viewers without all the drama of them getting involved with other people. I'll have to post again once I've finished reading them all, but I just wanted to say great job to the writers!
