Actually, what's really great, is how Maddie takes Agnes into her office for her behavior and doesn't get onto her about what she did. Instead, Maddie sympathizes and inquires about what is pestering Agnes. I thought that was really sweet of Maddie.
That was really sweet of Maddie, and so unusual. That shows that Maddie actually has feelings and that she is not just the boss and party breaker in agency, and that David is the only one who "understands" needs of employee. I like it
