I was only 3 when Moonlighting premiered, but I can vividly remember watching the show with my mom. Granted, I don't remember specifics, but the memories are there. From what I can remember, Moonlighting came on after Growing Pains (at least at some point in its run). I remember watching that, and when Moonlighting was over, it was time for bed.
Recently, I decided to buy the DVDs, if for nothing else than nostalgia and that I am a huge fan of Bruce Willis. I've now watched each of the episodes and all the special features--it was basically like watching them all for the first time (I could remember a shot here or there, but the rest was all new to me)!
I must admit that I was a little hestitant about buying the DVDs, as I thought I might not like them today and would simply be buying them only for nostalgia reasons. I can tell you right now that this purchase is by far one of the best I've had in a while! I have already started repeated viewings and cannot wait for the later seasons!
Welcome to the board here, good to hear that your DVD purchase was not a bad one at all! Know what you mean about the repeated viewings, I'm wondering if it's possible to watch it too many times....nah, thought not!
Anyway, hope you have fun posting on theses boards, see you around here no doubt,
Thank you so much, BabyHayes. Actually, what prompted me to join the board was on another topic about the change in music on one of the episodes. I thought that my new degree in Video Production could help. Now, after reading so many other posts, I see I will enjoy contributing more!
