I'm starting the process right now. I'm hoping to be able to save a lot of the video. Too bad I threw away all my magazines. Well, I'm off to "scrutinize, and digitize..." ~blue moon girl P.S. I just remembered something else I did back then. I have it on tape, too. I went to film school in the 80's, and in one of my directing classes, we had a scene assignment. Anything we wanted. I chose the scene from Big Man on Mulberry Street where David walks into his hotel room and finds Maddie sitting on his bed rambling about why she was there. Interesting choice. I couldn't get the actors to understand the dynamics of the scene. Oh well, it was fun though. One more thing I have....in LA there is a rock and roll oldies stations called Kearth101. I believe it was during the writers strike that the two morning hosts decided to do banter spoofs of ML. They always started it with "Well, it's another Wednesday morning after a Tuesday night with no new episode of Moonlighting..." or something like that. I taped them - quite funny. Later in the series, in an episode where Maddie is pregnant and driving with the radio playing - singing the song "Baby Love" - they clearly show the dial at 101 - a little recognition to the station.

Hi bluemoongirl: One question: You really have the Return of Bruno on a Videotape? Did you record that on TV? Or did you buy that in the 80`s ? Lucky you. I would give anything for that.

Hi Everyone....I'm back! ;D Yes, I really do have The Return of Bruno - and the album. I taped the concert back in the 80's when it ran on HBO. I just watched it recently, and it still looks great. I really love his music. It definately makes you want to get up and dance. ~blue moon girl

Oh bluemoongirl, I`m so jealous!! I love watching Bruno singing. He enjoys it so much. I have only a video from him singing "under the boardwalk" with the temptations. He is wearing a black T-shirt and jeans. I don`t know if it`s the same concert as it`s on your tape. But he looks great in this video. (he always does!!)

Just found my tapes! ;D Some of them, at least. My stuff has just arrived from storage in another state. One of the tapes is labeled; it has "Shirts and Skins," "Take My Wife, For Example" and "I See London..." I believe these come from the Bravo/Lifetime airings of about four years back. The other tapes have the show name but not the episode titles on the labels. Nice move, completely confuse yourself... I used to think I was neurotic when I started a more recent habit of writing everything, down to minute details, on the labels; now I remember why I did that! ;D I'm kicking myself because up until a very short time ago, we actually still had a working Beta machine, yes, that, and I found the very tape I distinctly remember using to tape the Sam arc. However, I'm very much cheered up by the fact that come Feb. 7 (45 days to go ), the problem will be no longer. ;D

Okay. I went through the tapes I have on hand. There are more in the stuff I just got out of storage, and I haven't had a chance to look over those yet. Still, of the ones on my shelf at the moment, they are all from the Bravo run of about 2000-2002 or thereabouts. One of them has "Yours, Very Deadly," a personal favorite of mine. Another volume has three from later on, all recorded in sequence. Ahem. They are: In 'n' Outlaws Eine Kleine Nacht Murder ...and, yes... Lunar Eclipse. I swear, I had missed seeing this episode during the original run back in 1989. I am not kidding. I mean that quite literally. Up until, well, right now, I still had not watched it. Yes, I just couldn't bring myself to, although I taped it a few years ago off Bravo. I am also pretty darn sure that, with the exceptions of "In 'n' Outlaws" and "Perfetc," I haven't seen any episodes between "Take My Wife, For Example" (which I liked, because of Colleen Dewhurst) and the very end. I just was in the habit of taping things from Bravo or Lifetime a few years back because they were both running the show and they did that in order. (I am actually not sure if I've seen "I See London..." although it is on a tape. For some reason, I'm not clear on that one.) So I have things on tape I still have never watched. I was forwarding through the tape just now, in order to check the names of all the episodes and make sure I got them properly noted on the label, and as chance would have it, right before I was able to tab the FF button, I happened to catch just the opening scene of "L.E.". Yeah, that one. Then I fast forwarded through everything and caught the end sequence. Talk about not knowing when to leave well enough alone! I'm not even coherent right now. I'm sorry.
