I totally agree with you that Lunar Eclipse was a huge disappoinment, but it´s mostly because it was the end of everything. There are some good parts in it... Should´ve been a little more convincing in the church in the end, maybe they would´ve been allowed to get married. And why "We´ll be together again" Yeah, right, 17 years later they would be doing commentares for the DVD´s, but I doubt that was what they meant. Anyway...."Here´s living with you, kid" is another disappointing ep, you expect great-great things to happen, and instead you get nothing but Viola.. I´m sure he´s funny, but sometimes that´s just not what I want. Sorry.

Yep, I agree Lunar Eclipse and the Annie-fueled episode When Girls Collide suck big time. And Camille is no prize either except for the end and how great Bruce and Cybill look throughout the episode.
Here is another one that just doesn't do much for me: Plastic Fantastic Lovers.... the jokes are not funny: that chase scene in the plastic surgeons office STUPID; The butler that did it bit STUPID Also David overtly responding to the secretary flirting with him.... Jennifer Tilly acting like a ditz.... and then David not responding when Maddie leans in toward him for a kiss at the end. Not cool!
This one is just not entertaining much at all. I watch it seldom.

I know this is an old thread, but I'm new, so I'm trying to catch up!!
Lunar Eclipse blows big ropey goat chunks, no doubt (that's an image, eh? LOL!), but (and I may be in the minority here), I didn't like Cool Hand Dave either. It felt like something they stuck in there to "fill air time" until Cybill was back on the show. The only redeeming quality of that episode is Part 2 when David hears the answering machine message from Maddie saying, "I love you David" and him playing it back to hear it again. Other than that - fugget about it.

OMG, I love your banner!!!!! ;D From what I remember, I'm not crazy about that one either. It's been years since I saw the full episode. Maybe I'll watch it again when the dvds come out. But yes, Maddie's message is great great.

Thanks! I just grabbed some clips from the DVD's, so I may be making another one....David (and Bruce Willis for that matter!) makes me drool, even now.... Ya know, I must recant slightly on Cool Hand Dave. It occurred to me that he also finds out Maddie is pregnant at the beginning of part I, so I guess that would be a redeeming quality of it as well. Yay for the first 10 min. of part I, Yay for the last 30 seconds of Part 2 and BOOOOO for everything in the middle. LOL! Rene'
