David is walking toward the office in the beginning, singing "Shake, Rattle and Roll." Just after he sees the staff standing outside the office, and says "What's up kids?" he touches one of the female staff members on the face. I've watched this one about 20 times and I'm like 90-percent positive SHE is the "Zounds, what mounds!" woman mentioned in the "Atomic Shakespeare" commentary. (The one BW said he had some kind of relationship with.) Take a look. It's fun to watch him break character just for that split second.

I noticed that face-touching, and then he seemed to be somewhere else for a moment.. Later in this episode, in the Post Office, I really, really tried to see what Maddie was writing in her will And this could very well just be my imagination running away with me, but this is what I saw: "being of sound mind I write this last will and testament on this 24th day of october 1986. I leave my house to my husband david and my * children. My car I leave to my mother, on the hope she will not get *** as I have getting **..." The * are words I can't see... it's getting REALLY hard to read the rest. Please tell me, that someone else can see it! jkalen, this is toooo cool. I haven't been able to make out the words before "children", but the part about her mother says, "in the hopes she will not get as many speeding tickets as I have gotten in the"
Love the part about husband David.

It could very well be six children! That's so funny! And thanks for not calling me crazy, I thought I was seeing things that weren't there. So this is what it says: "Being of sound mind I write this last will and testament on this 24th day of October 1986. I leave my house to my husband david and my six children. My car I leave to my mother in the hopes she will not get as many speeding tickets as I have gotten in the... This episode aired the 28th of October, btw. They really thought about every little detail!

Six children eh! obviously Maddie had very high expectations of Davids virility! ;D But i think it`s pretty cool too . How did you get the close up, did you get the frame from the dvd and just zoom in on that particular shot using your pc. I might have a go at it my self , maybe i can get it a little clearer ( my hubbys got quite a clever computer) Just an after thought: between them they did have six kids in real life - just not with each other.

One more thing on this topic - I watch the epi last night and froze the frame showing the will. Maddie does continue to write one more word - "past" - before the camera angle switches. So, the last sentence states "as many speeding tickets as I have gotten in the past". Thanks again, jkalen. Rest assured - you're not crazy - just crazy about ML like the rest of us!

How did you get the close up, did you get the frame from the dvd and just zoom in on that particular shot using your pc. That's exactly what I did! After she gets up from writing this, David says "Make sure you leave me something." And Maddie's reply is "Consider yourself left." Yeah, left alone with their six kids to care for. ;D They (B&C) probably had to make a pact about having 3 kids each, in case someone would figure out what she actually wrote, don't you think? lol

Just another random thought that popped into my head. Was that Cybills handwriting and if it was did the writers tell her to write that or was it Cybill just writing what ever came into her head thinking that no one would notice what she had been writing. She would have had no idea that twenty odd years later some eagle-eyed fan would be able to zoom into every detail using the dvds and some clever computer work! Another after-after thought , i know it was a long time ago but someone should ask Cybill exactly what she wrote and why she wrote it . And even if she can`t remember she should be able to read her own handwriting and fill in the blanks for us.

I thought I could post this one too ;D It's from the Post Office Chase, when Maddie falls out of the cart. To me, it says something like "Moonlighting's Cybill: Bruce is a pig."
