This was a great episode, and a good message to appreciate what we have in life.
However, one small criticism:
When Mattie and the angle visit the agency that Mattie sold to the current owners, if I remember correctly, she asks "what happened to Blue Moon Investigations." The people in the office indicate that Blue Moon was sold 2 and a half years previously. Now, wasn't the name of the agency in the pilot originally called City of Angels investigations (I think that was the original name at the start of the pilot)? So if she had sold it as she intended instead of going into business with David, there would never have been a Blue Moon Investigations and she would have actually sold City of Angles. Sorry to be a nitpicker but this is a pretty major inconsistency.

Maddie has sold Blue Moon after, first they have found diamonds. She wanted to think day and next day has told to David is nope. ...maybe...I don't know...

People have wondered about that before. In the pilot, she is shown working there for a few days and that's how she is able to realize she doesn't like it--and the name becomes Blue Moon Investigations during that time, I think.
Maddie would logically have to have worked there in order to figure out how much she hated it--certainly if it was going to make her deeply depressed. So it makes sense for her to have been able to change the name and then ditch it shortly thereafter.

There were so many times she said that she was gonna shut the place down, but at least I automatically assumed that she meant that she should have closed the place down somewhere in the Pilot. Probably directly after the Miss March incident. And that does not make sense. I guess David could have changed the name during the closing-down, he´s always been a rebel... If Blue Moon was painted on the window when the new owner took over, they assume that that was the name of the agency.

I have thought about this some more, and taking into account the fact that the whole thing was a dream anyway it really doesn't matter from a logical perspective.
Also, for those viewers who never watched the pilot or didn't remember it "City of Angles Investigations" wouldn't have meant anything and could have been confusing. So, from a pratical perspective for the average viewer it did make sense to call it "Blue Moon."

I have another problem with this episode. When Maddies life flashes before her, one of the clips is from the Dreamsequence Always Rings Twice. And that´s fine, of course a dream can flash before your eyes if it was important to you. But it´s from David´s dream!
Does that mean he told her about his dream later on, and we don´t get to see it? Or do you have any other theories?

I never noticed that jkalen - good point! I'm going to go watch again now and see which bit of the dream it is, haven't watched this episode in a while. Maybe the two of them were psychic and knew each other's dreams
