I donĀ“t know which song you mean, but you can look it up on tv.com. Search for Moonlighting, and you can find all the episodes and the music in them. Good luck!

I'm not sure about the song as I haven't watched beyond season 3 for a while. But I just wanted to say hi nenessef and welcome

I wonder if the song you are referring to is "This Old Heart of Mine" by The Isley Brothers. This is actually used in an episode from season 2 - Knowing Her but it does have a scene with David in a car, with the song playing and the chorus does go 'ooh, I love you...

Hi!
I think that by The Isley Brothers! And you're right, really a song "I'm Man" by "Spencer Davis Group" and by "Chicago Transit Authority" too. Thank you so much.

Glad to help. It is my all time favourite song so that made it a bit easier to recognise from your description. Happy listening!

I would highly appreciate if anyone can help me finding the original theme song of Moonlighting which was used on the first three seasons.
I am pretty sure that it exists in volume six of Television greatest hits (remote control) but that cd is way too hard to find now.
Can somebody assist me in locating that version?

It's not the version on the Moonlighting CD? What about the version on Al Jarreau's Greatest Hits? I did look up your volume 6 Remote Control. It's available on Amazon, but I didn't see the ML theme listed. Sorry.
