I watched Marie Antoinette tonight and would definitely recommend it even if you're not usually into history and things like that. It was hard to get her at first as she was supposed to act a certain way, in the public eye, but she grew out of some of it. I would have wished it lasted longer, I wasn't prepared when it ended.

I saw "It's a wonderful life" this weekend for the first time and really enjoyed it. "It's a wonderful job" makes so much more sense to me now. But how's this for a coincidence? When George is walking down the street of what is now Pottersville after the angel grants him the wish of never having been born, he sees bars and pawn shops where decent establishments used to be. And what is the name of one of the bars - Blue Moon Bar!! How freaky is that?!!

ERAGON was mess. I suggest you stay far away from it. CASINO ROYALE on the other hand was one of the best films I've seen this year.

I saw "It's a Wonderful Life" too this weekend. I didn't know it was gonna be on, I learned after a while that that was what I was watching. Couldn't stop then! It was good and like bluevelvet said, It's a Wonderful Job makes more sense now. I saw some of it in that movie, which I suppose was the intention in the first place.
During the holidays I also watched Donnie Darko and Monsters Inc. Monsters Inc was more my kind of movie, lol, like any other Disney movie it made me cry nonstop during the last half hour.

Like bluevelvet I watched It's A Wonderful Life for the first time and really enjoyed it. I like Jimmy Stewart anyway but making the connection with It's A Wonderful Job is a lot easier now. And, like Felix, I would say Casino Royale is a must-see film. Really really good action scenes, rippling muscles, glamorous locations, loved it!! Has anyone seen Deja Vu?

I've seen Deja Vu. It's very similar in style to Man In Fire. I guess its because they have the same director Tony Scott. The Sci-fi elements of the film were fairly interesting though hardly new.

I saw Monsters Inc once and I will never see it again. It's so baby and I never like "Pixar" films. I like most is from "DreamWorks"

I just saw Polar Express over the Xmas holiday for the first time. It was pretty good. I had to buy it for my boys once they saw it on the ABC family channel last week. They just watched it again now.

We took the kids to see Santa Claus 3 with Tim Allen ( another funny guy) just before christmas and we all really enjoyed it and it got us into the festive mood too. Just like to add that over this last month i watched Sunset ( remember that one Bruce did with James Garner), Hostage, The Whole Nine and Ten Yards films, and only just last night i turned on my tv and Striking Distance was on ! And i finally managed to find a dvd copy of Last Man Standing a few months ago. ;D Plus i watched The Lady Vanishes on tv aswell a few weeks back and also the Biography channel had both Bruce`s and Cybill`s bio`s one after the other a little while ago! . It really has been a Bruce and Cybill feast on UK tv over this past month

Yesterday we watched The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King. Every time I see one of these movies I marvel at it's awesomeness. And Aragorn is HOT.
Later on, Charade is on tv, with Cary Grant (also HOT) and Audrey Hepburn so I'm gonna watch that, as it's a classic movie that I've never seen (shock horror!).
