Well I watched Lethal Weapon 4 for about the 10th time, but the particular highlight for me was seeing the Rabbi right at the end - played by Richard Libertini - Albert from It's A Wonderful Job. Was cool, I yelled at the TV, "That's Albert!". Noone replied though. Oh well...
On Monday I watched Maid in Manhattan with JLo, and Ralph Fiennes. Never seen it before, it is a regular romantic movie, the cinderella story. Last night, it was Meet Joe Black. Boring. I never finish watching it. The only scene I like is the one in the diner at the beginning. This afternoon I watched XMen 3, very good.
Went to see Frost/Nixon last night. What great performances! Rose, I thought your uncle was fantastic. I have been keeping track on IMDb of Golden Globe winners, haven't got to best actor yet but I sure hope he gets it. It would be richly deserved.
I myself havent seen it yet, bad niece LOL But i cant get to the movies much at all anymore since my kids, I have to wait for dvd. my mom( it's her brother) and sister went to see it and loved it! Thank you for those kind words! Even if he doesnt win just to be nominated is such an honor , i can tell you he is very honored. These are the first times he's been to these type movie awards shows, he' s been to the TONYS many time and won a few before but this is new and he told my mom he is really enjoying it all and meeting all the other actors too. It so cool to see him in the audience
This is just an add on to the movie FROST/NIXON, I just wanted to mention how happy my family is that my Uncle Frank was nominated today for a Best Actor Oscar Nomination. This is his first ever Oscar Nom. Just wanted to share with you all here.
