One distinctive game for the old Nintendo system was Genghis Khan. It's exactly what it sounds like. You could play in one of two phases, Genghis when he was a young prince and had to unify the country, and later as an adult when he marched across the continent. Not only did you have to fight battles, which looked like chess matches or a 'Risk' game, but you had to manage the country during peacetime. This included everything from deciding how much grain to dispense from your storehouses, to whether to impose the military draft, to flat-out bribing the peasants because they were on the verge of revolt. Get low contentment ratings from the people and another prince would delcare war on you, in which case you'd normally be deposed. A bizarre game in ways, but much more involving than the cookie-cutter RPGs these days.

One of the strangest games for the old Apple systems was Hell Cab, a game in which you play a traveler who plans to take a normal vacation but is waylaid by the driver of a taxi bound for...you guessed it. When you are short paying for your fare, the driver asks you to sign a contract promising far more than money--it's your eternal soul. Gulp. He takes you to the Empire State Building, and you think you're going to be all right, but the next stop is something different indeed--the Colosseum in Rome. 1,940 years ago. Every stop from then on is some point in the past where you must solve puzzles in order to figure a way out of there. The only exception is the last level, an apocalyptic future, where you must reverse the contract. You can improve your chances along the way by finding extra money and doing things such as giving to the homeless, which gives you brownie points on a 'soul' meter. A unique combination of scary themes in a game along with some actual thinking. Games may be more elaborate today, but not much more fun.

I begin my journey into games started with the "M" letter. This are the most played games:
Magic Marble (1989;Sphinx)
(It's a Labyrinth/Maze game, with a mix of a Puzzle game. Control your Marble, and if you get enough money, you can fly, walking, wrap to the next level, and many more)
Master Blazer (1990;Rainbow Arts)
(A Sports game. Control your Blazer, and you can have a race,or even playing "Ball Blazer". Great game.)
Mind Bender (1989;Gremlin Graphics & Magic Bytes)
(Logical game. You are a magician, controlling your laser beam, through the little fellows. Blast the rock balls, and do it faster,or you lose laser power. Nice game.)
Mind Walker (1986;Commodore)
(One of the first games published for the Amiga. An Arcade (Labyrinth/Maze game. Controlling your little character, and use laser power,to blast some evil balls,or they blast you. Very old,but still wonderful.)

A somber but very different series that came out around the mid-to-late '90s on PC was Police Quest, wherein you got to literally join the L.A.P.D. SWAT team. Even the opening practice was rough--whenever you leave the target range, even if you finished and you got a good score, the sergeant calls you a quitter! You start out taking training, then once you qualify in all the major skills, you have to track criminals house to house, and beware...these people fight back. I tended to get sent home via the hospital quite often, if you know what I mean. The only flaw was that the controls were kind of a pain to learn. It was old-fashioned, all moves via keyboard--and everything is a command done through typing code words, not even arrow shortcuts or something. But graphics and plot-wise, for its time, it was quite something to see. Wish they'd update it for a home console--it was exciting to have a different perspective, even if it was so hard to beat.

Another journey into games, now started with the "A" letter (most of theme are "Brian/Puzzle" games or "Shot'em Up" ones)
"Act Out (1987;Digital Image)"
(Remember the "Arkanoid" games. This one is a bit weird. )
"Adventures Throught Time:(aka:"The Scavenger Hunt")(1989;Aurum Software)
(You are a boy,and your group is going into a Scavenger Hunt. Not bad in my way,but I'm in a begginer fase )
"Agony"(1992;Psygnosis)
(Nice Shot'em Up. Love the tunes, and this game is very fantastic. )
"Antago"(1990;Art Of Dreams)
(This is a "5-em-up" (Brian/Puzzle) game. You can choose your player as Angel or Devil, and may the best wins )
....and this image here brings me lots of memories:
It's been 7 years ago,that I didn't saw this image.

Zaxxon is a shot'em up, diagonal scrolling, made by "Bignonia". It's an unofficial Amiga conversion. The original is from Commodore 64 version. The Amiga one was made in 1995,as the Commodore one was made in 1984. The Zaxxon game as Amiga conversion was a "Public Domain/Freeware" game.

I love Mario games on Nitendo (or Sega Mega). I remember spending hours playing that game. Computer games.. eeer well, Age of Empires II, Caesar III, Heroes of Might and Magic III (now I play V and I really enjoy). Oh, and The Sims. But I never bought Sims 2. I don't have any money in pocket. When I get something I go and buy a book, so I'm trying to collect some money to buy Sims 2. When I do that, I'll create Maddie and David

OMG ...You will not belive on this...
My Sims couple...D&M....had a BABY
(a boy baby...damn it I wanted a girl. The baby boy's name is the same as the father...in other words...his name is David )
If it was a girl I'd named her Jacy
