I also have this little dream maybe one day he will star in a film with my Uncle LOL Your uncle, Rose? Sorry to sound silly, but as I've been only 2 1/2 months on this forum (although it seems much longer to me) I haven't learned this yet. Who is your uncle? Sandra, No problem, all the others do know here. He's Frank Langella. He was last seen in Wall Street 2 w/ Michael Douglas. He's been in alot of movies, Also Frost/Nixon which was 2 years ago i think.

Rose,
No, I never have met Cybill in person, but I have spoken to her on the phone. It was one of my favorite times, when Cindy and I interviewed her for the site, and I think she was just amazing. I hope someday to meet her in person.
And, as I have told you before, I think your uncle is amazing as well. I just watched Wall Street 2 the other night....he was splendid, as always. I am waiting for him to come back to Broadway!!

My mom&sis had gone to the theaters and i have to buy it on DVD still for my mom. But i'm hoping he does Broadway again because we are planning a move back to NJ so it would be so easy for us to go again and see him cause we always went. If that day comes i hope we can meet at the theater

P.S. to Rose.....
Yes, that was a REAL STAR magazine......to my chagrin. I didn't make it to the cover (thank goodness)....I was to the other side of Bruce, and who knew? They really wanted HIS picture!
I was on the picture on the inside page, however. I have a copy hanging around here somewhere, so I can remember when I am an old old lady, that I did have some wild times!

I've missed some cool messages today! That'll teach me to go out shopping :-) Rose35: that's so cool having an awesome Uncle like that-I particularly liked him in the Nixon movie. Wouldn't it just be fabulous for you if he indeed got to act next to Brucie- how happy would you be? :-) I love discovering these new threads. Witness: I'm sure everything you said to Cybill was great and not at all embarrassing! And check Diane out and her wild times- didn't meet him just the once- I think you've met him enough times to move from acquaintance to a buddy, or a pal (haha). You guys are all so interesting - makes me wish we all lived near so we could get together and chew the fat! Glad I'm on the forum xxxx

Too bad i didn't pick up the acting gene from him LOL My mom had even asked him along tim ago if he runs into Bruce ever to get me an autograph LOL I said oh mom please stop that! Bruce doesn't want to be bothered with that LOL I always think i have a connection to Bruce w/my Uncle though because my uncle dated Whoopie Goldberg for years(no i never met her) and Whoopie was in a Moonlighting episode! LOL I agree with you though on how i wish we all lived closer so we could talk in person about all this fun stuff! This board is the next best thing obviously and am so glad Diane,Cindy, etc started it all those years ago and still have the passion for this show to keep it all going for us all! Here's to more fun here!

OMG, girls - imagine a marathon session with alltime-favorite-episodes, on a huge widescreen tv, kids, dogs & grandma (and maybe hubby) locked away, all of us snuggled up in comfortable chairs and couches, wine, beer, coktails (or whatever blows up everybody's skirt) in hand and eventually kleenex within reach. Wouldn't that be just like having Christmas and The Big Bang at the same time?? Sigh... *group hug*
